e-Invoice and e-Archive XSLT Design

We design XSLT templates for your e-invoices, e-archive invoices and e-delivery notes in line with your corporate identity, and edit the XSLT files you already use. When recipients open a document, they see exactly what they need in a clean layout.

What Is XSLT?

XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations) is a template language that turns XML data into a readable view. The actual content of a Turkish e-invoice is an XML file in UBL-TR format; the XSLT template decides the layout, logo and field placement you see when you open it.

  • e-Invoice and e-Archive Invoice Design

We set up separate layouts for e-invoices, e-archive invoices and e-delivery notes, with different templates by document type or breakdown. Values such as subtotals or currency equivalents are calculated by formula.

  • XSLT File Editing

We add your logo, bank/IBAN details, notes and custom fields to your existing XSLT file. You can switch fields on or off, and fields without data are hidden automatically.

  • GİB Compliance

The template only controls the layout; it never changes the XML data. We design with the Revenue Administration's (GİB) display rules in mind, so information the document must show is never dropped from the view.

  • Preview and Testing

We preview the template on your own sample documents with different data scenarios and send the result for your approval, so the layout is checked before it goes live.

Our Design Process

01

Needs Analysis

We collect your logo, brand colours, the document types that need a template and the fields you want on the document.

02

Design

We prepare a draft covering field layout, which fields to show or hide, and any formulas and rules.

03

Development

We turn the approved draft into an XSLT template and build the rules and formulas into it.

04

Testing

We try the template on your own sample documents with different data scenarios and send the result for your approval.

05

Go-Live

The approved template goes into use on your documents.

06

Support

When you need a new field, a logo change or a new document type, we update your template.
